Thanks to everyone that came out and braved the cold with us at Saturday's on-site Real Estate & Contents auction at Rose Street in Williamsport. The former Ann's Tavern realized a price of $51,700 and the liquor license sold for $110,000. The contents all varied in price with the beer signs being of most interest.

The contents of the establishment were sold including a like-new Manitowic ice maker that brought $300, a working antique Coca-Cola cooler that sold for $270, two separate 4-head tap systems for $150 and $30 respectively, and a like-new Casio cash register in the box that brought $50.

Advertising novelties included a variety of beer signs including a Miller Lite 'Bikers Welcome' neon that sold for $140, a Miller Lite 'Harley Davidson' edition neon for $100 and a Miller High Life that brought $100. Additional neons, including a Twisted Tea, a Pabst and a Genny brought $50 each. Also, a Coors Light billiard sign sold for $75, a composition Yuengling Lager sign brought $45 and prices for the many other advertising signs offered at this auction averaged about $30 a sign, sold in lots ranging from $15 to $75.

Other items including a new dart board with scoreboard, a three-piece brown suede living room suite and a six-foot stainless prep table sold for $110 each. Overall, a good sale!
